I am here in Buenos Aires to participate in the Board meeting of the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA), which is taking place concurrently with this Congresso. The photo shows the leadership of the Argentina HR Association, which is hosting us, at the opening. That sessions was followed by a presentation by video link with Dave Ulrich.
While I am here with my colleague Rosaura Barrera, SHRM manager of Global Relationships, we also met with the Chair of the HR Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina, who is the HR Director for Latin America for Dow. He was excited to discuss ways we could cooperate and share knowledge and build a community with professionals in Argentina.
